Week of 1/7/13

Welcome back! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and a nice relaxing break! We are happy to welcome a new student~ Cameron joining us for full day!

This week we will learn:

How to write and recognize the letter L.
How to write and recognize the number 1.
How to recognize and sort triangles.
Our nursery rhyme: Little Jack Horner
Our memory verse: "Love the Lord your God." -Matthew 22:37-38
We will also continue to discuss Day 4 for Creation: On Day 4, God made the sun, the moon and the stars.
We will also be making some fun winter crafts.

Parent Reminders:
*January tuition is now due! Please make checks out to HFYH!
*We will not have a Star Student this week, I will be sending home a new Star Student list this week, so check your child's HEART binder for the new list that will start next week!
*Gym class is Wednesday, please have your child wear their tennis shoes that day!
